Welcome to the new netTALK FAQ system!

We are working hard to serve you better.  This system brings new features that will make a big difference.  The first part of the upgrade is our ticket system, and you are using it now.  Our email addresses [email protected] and [email protected] are now linked to the ticket system in order to keep better track of issues.  If you send email to those addresses, your message will become a ticket in this system.

This new ticket system is independent from the old one, which is now offline.  If you had a ticket open in the old system and wish to continue with it, please enter a new ticket here with the same information.

In the coming weeks we will be introducing more new features including a great new chat system.  Thank you for your patience during this transition.  We hope you like the improvements!
