Welcome to the new netTALK FAQ system!

We are working hard to serve you better.  This system brings new features that will make a big difference.  The first part of the upgrade is our ticket system, and you are using it now.  Our email addresses and are now linked to the ticket system in order to keep better track of issues.  If you send email to those addresses, your message will become a ticket in this system.

This new ticket system is independent from the old one, which is now offline.  If you had a ticket open in the old system and wish to continue with it, please enter a new ticket here with the same information.

In the coming weeks we will be introducing more new features including a great new chat system.  Thank you for your patience during this transition.  We hope you like the improvements!
